Ms Joyce Online Class was founded by Joyce in 2021. Her journey into teaching began when she was inspired to change by a great teacher back in her secondary school life. Her passion for teaching was further fuelled by a great tutor, Ms Yi in a local tuition centre when she first joined them as a tutor seven years ago.
Ms Joyce is an online language tutor based in Puchong, Malaysia. She currently covers language classes for children aged between five to six. In our online learning platform, we spend hours to ensure each class goes smoothly and we put a lot of hard-work in preparing the teaching materials.
Students often look to teachers for approval and positive reinforcement, and are more likely to be enthusiastic about learning if they feel their work is recognized and valued. So, we always encourage open communication and cognitive thinking with our students during the classes. This initiative will gradually inspire children to love learning.

My students’ progression is the fuel to my passion and happiness. I began to embark on the journey of pursuing a degree (part time) and teaching (day time) back in 2015. In the past six years, I learnt a lot about children’s behaviour, learning patterns and also to discover myself better. To date, I still feel my enthusiasm in teaching despite being in the educational field for six years. The enthusiasm comes from shaping every student’s learning attitude.
2020 has been a tough year for all, and is the year that I realized the importance of online teaching. I was inspired to host the same amazing classes for children without the need to come to the actual classroom. So, early this year, I decided to kick start an online language learning platform for children aged five to six. Geographical barrier is no longer a problem to attend my classes, so I have students from different states, including Johor.
Apart from teaching, I shape and cultivate children’s great ability through online classes. I am definitely not the best out there but I will always give out my 110% to all my students, ensuring them to strive harder after each class
Mission and vision:
To provide quality teaching and instil positive education to inspire children’s curiosity, we believe that as long as children’s curiosity is ignited, we can open the door to children’s knowledge learning, because children’s ability to learn by themselves is far more than advanced education.
Our approach:
Simple and fun teaching methods to promote children’s interest in learning. Inspire children to raise their hands bravely, encourage children to ask questions, take the initiative to answer, take the initiative to express opinions, to create opportunities for themselves.
